The cat’s out of the bag! for longtime subscribers, this is what I was working on most of last year while I paused substack. Working on EAT! was a new experience for me, and exactly what I needed to reinvigorate my culinary creativity, and deliver new awesomeness to you. The world of publishing continues to morph, and so much of a book’s success is in pre-orders (the sales of which are all deferred until the release date). Even more of a help would be a review.
