Unbelievably good sauce. Made enough for two meals. Added meatballs for the second go around. Will definitely make this again.

Soooooo delicioso!!! Quick, easy and mouthwatering. Next time I will also top with some halved Castelvetrano olives. Not saying your dish is not the best ever. Love your cooking, my friend.

I think it would be great with castelvetrano olives as a topping as well

Is there a substitute or easy way to make burrata cheese? Can’t seem to find that in my area. Recipe looks delicious though!

Burrata is a mozzarella with straciatella inside. the best way to mimic that would be with heavy cream stirred into ricotta.

Or just use some great fresh mozzarella! (preferably never refrigerated and made the same day)

I sorta kinda mighta roasted the bell pepper instead.... The way the smokiness played with the burrata? Wow. I usually try recipes as written first before playing with them but I couldn't resist. However, in the spirit of spring, and bowing to your expertise, I'll try this next as you intended. I'm certain it'll be fantastic.

Roasting sounds great, it just adds more time - not that that's a bad thing, curious how it goes if you give it a shot!

What is the step for preparing the Burrata Cheese. I’ve never used it before. Thanks

it's just mozzarella with cream and mozzarella scraps filling (stracciatella) There's nothing to prepare, just cut it open
